NotSmut aggregates publicly available bibliographic data from sources like Open Library. The NotSmut name, logo, design, and original platform code are the intellectual property of NotSmut.

7. Affiliate Links

NotSmut participates in the Amazon Associates Program. "Buy on Amazon" links on book pages are affiliate links, meaning NotSmut may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. This helps support the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or index Platform content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate features

9. Content Moderation

NotSmut reserves the right to remove, edit, or hide any content that violates these terms or community guidelines. We may temporarily or permanently ban users who repeatedly violate our policies. Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through the contact form. NotSmut may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your reviews, comments, and other content may be retained or deleted at our discretion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NotSmut does not guarantee the accuracy of book information, ratings, or reviews. We do not endorse or verify the content of user reviews.

12. Limitation of Liability

NotSmut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to NotSmut in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. These terms are governed by applicable law.
